The batch, consisting of 81 soldiers and military officials, memorized the entire Quran in less than one month according to an Interior Ministry official.
The celebration took place at Al-Saleh Mosque with dozens of officials attending.
During the event, the Deputy Director of the Department of Moral Guidance Brigadier General Yahya Abdullah bin Abdullah Saqladi said "graduates of this batch should stand up to the expectations of the people and their leader, pointing out the president's concern for teaching the Quran."
Saqladi added that this will not be the last batch to graduate and the government will work hard to ensure that members of the security forces are steadfast and with strong Islamic morals.
